Love’s opens travel stop in Enid, hiring 40
“The new Love’s in Enid marks our 70th location in Oklahoma and we’re glad to become part of one of the state’s largest cities,” said Tom Love, founder and executive chairman of Love’s Travel Stops. “The growth the eastern part of Enid is experiencing, paired with the traffic volume along U.S. Highway 412, makes it an ideal location.”
The 8,000-square-foot Enid travel stop, which is open 24 hours, features a Carl’s Jr. restaurant, gourmet coffee, fresh fruit, gifts and electronics. Professional drivers can use five showers and 63 truck-parking spaces.
Love’s will donate $2,000 to Leonardo’s Children’s Museum as a part of a ribbon-cutting at the new Love’s at 10 a.m. Friday. Members of the community are invited and can enjoy light refreshments as well as photo opportunities with the Love’s NASCAR car and Oklahoma City Thunder tanker.
